Good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband used this hose for the first time today. We didn't think it would work like a regular hose, but it was great ! The kids watched as the hose filled up with water, and thought it was really something. Then, when your done, the water comes out and wraps around the hose stake very neatly. We are thinking about purchasing another for the front yard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace the current water hose that we had. It seems like we are always buying 2-3 hoses a season and spending alot of money on expensive water hoses and not getting a quality product. So I decided to try this one and so far it works great. I'm hoping it last all summer and for at least a few years.

Waste of money. 1st hose came with a leak returned for a new hose and that one started leaking after the 3rd time I used it. Bought my dad one at the same time and his is already leaking too.. and when I say leaking I mean the water is coming out of the middle of the hose not at the nozzle. Called customer service and because I didn't register my Jose they didn't seem to care. Who ever heard of registering a water hose?? Lol I will just take back and get my money back. Don't waste your money or time on these hoses.

Kink/Tangle Free...LOL

I bought 2 of these, joined them together and they are FAR from kink/tangle free!! I rarely write reviews but I can't get over this. I was excited, I connected it to the faucet, turned it on expecting it to expand like it does on tv, and nothing. It finally filled with water after getting no less than 15 kinks out of the hoses, and where the kinks were it kept wanting to kink in the same places. I used it for the first time yesterday and with my old hose, I could have finished watering my plants 30 minutes earlier than using this hose just from continually having to get the kinks out of it! I thought to myself, maybe it will get better with a few more uses (always the optimist), but I'm not holding my breath.

Don't Waste Your Money

Bought this garden hose on 3-31-23; started using it and liked it so much I bought a second one on 5-22-23. On 5-30-23, I was using the first one I bought to water plants; next thing I knew, my right leg and shoe were soaked, as the hose was severely leaking. I googled the company and called them today, 5-31-23; I was told there was a 5-minute wait but, as of this writing, I have been on hold for more than 26 minutes.

Had some issues, but...

I bought the 25' hose, thinking it sounded like a pretty durable product (and the price was right!) It lasted a few weeks before developing a fault. Figuring that it may have just been a one-off manufacturing defect (don't judge a restaurant on a single meal), I went back to the store and bought a new one; the 50' length, this time. Since the last one had failed so quickly on me, I took the time to register this one online just in case.
This one lasted about a year before the side split. Granted, I would have expected a longer lifespan, based on everything I read on the box and website, but it did a great job for that year, and I got a lot of use out of it.
I'm giving a four-star rating because, when I reached out for the warranty claim, I received a punctual response, and a replacement hose was shipped to me very quickly. Here's hoping the replacement one lasts a little longer.

DON'T BE FOOLED

Like most, if not all, lightweight hoses with flexible inner cores, this one is only marginally better. I gave it two stars instead of one because it last 3 1/2 summers (store it all other seasons). In terms of actual months used, it was about 11. The male end developed a huge leak from where the jacket and core are inserted into the metal connector sleeve. This is pretty much the reason they all break down because the design itself is not feasible. Yet all these mfg'rs keep pedaling out their hoses to unsuspecting consumers thrilled to have a lightweight hose. But don't be fooled. You will get anywhere from a few months to a few years at best.
