I pledged not to buy more k-cups from you until you return the Gloria Jean hazelnut decaf, but I am running out of the Green Mtn. What is the problem and why haven't you returned this Gloria Jean's item?? By the reviews, I am not the only one desperately wanting its return.

This coffee has great hazelnut flavor and aroma. This might be used as my everyday coffee.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Not Bitter, Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast
