I decided to try this because I really love Laughing Man’s Colombia Huila...but some of family and friends find that too dark. This is a wonderful alternative: great flavor but tamer. Nice job blending it, Hugh!

Personal disclaimer: I'm by no means a coffee connoisseur, just a fan :) I thought it had a hint of a nutty flavor. I typically like a dark roast but this is nice to add to the rotation.

Pod explodes

This makes me sad to write because I did get to taste the Dukale once and was very pleased with it, so I ordered a box. However, the pods in this box I received were under such pressure that they basically exploded in my machine, leaving a horrendous mess. Three times (not very smart, am I!) So I quit. If Laughing Man fixes this exploding pod problem, I'd happy go back; it's a good coffee, but literally, a hot mess!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's very difficult for me to find a coffee I can drink black with no bitterness. I found a winner! Hugh's Blend is amazing. Looking forward to trying the other blends in the Laughing Man line of coffees!!

I bought this a couple weeks ago and am in love with it. I have a whole selection of coffee now and this one is by far my favorite. I still gotta try the other type by this brand. I don't know how I didn't try this any sooner. Well made!
