Rich, strong, smells great, too. I like my coffee with lots of cream and no sugar. This hearty brew stands up to all that white stuff with no trouble, and, without any excessive 'sourness'. I can add a big scoop of protein powder when I want to, without diluting the taste excessively. It's all good.
