Worst Product Ever

Honestly if i could give them 0 Stars I would. The customer service has been great, that I give an absolute 5 star. But the product has been the worst purchase I have ever made. I have had 3 Replacements sent to me (so 4 machines total including the original one) and they all have had issues. First machine has the self propelled feature was faulty and the variable feature was not working. 2nd machine was damaged during shipping due to terrible packaging that SunJoe uses. 3rd Machine was also damaged a bit in shipping and had electrical issues where the self propelled feature would sometimes work and sometimes wouldnt. The mower portion worked fine. And now my most current and 4th machine was finally NOT damaged in shipping but has some serious electrical issues. THe first literal 5 minutes were great. But then as I went to put it away in the garage the self Propelled feature stopped working. During all of this I have only used fully charged batteries and made sure that the Safety key was inserted as well. Even tried different batteries I own. When it finally decided to work, the machine was propelling forward without input from me. I took a video of the machine literally going away from me. I am beyond disappointed in the quality of the equipment being sent to me and the unwillingness to do anything other than "send another one". All the meanwhile I am wasting my time on the phone, packaging up the machine again, and having to drive out with it again to return it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PURCHASE. Find another mower from greenworks or something that will work better for you.

Very convenient

Very convenient and easy to use. No maintenance and folds up for easy storage. My yard takes about 35 min to mow with it vs 70min with a corded mower and I still have 3/4 of a charge left in the battery when I'm done. Only downside is there must me a loose wire in the "on lever" as I have to make sure the wire harness going to it can't be bent or it won't turn on.

What is the estimated run time on a charge?

I can't find where to ask a question so I'm posting it here... what is the expected run time on a full charge? I need about 60 minutes worth to get my lawn cut and I do not want to stop and charge half way through.

A Great lawn mower!

I have had many mowers in my time, all of which had been gas powered, I am pleasantly surprised at the build quality and running time his unit delivers. I love the simplicity of the start and go without having to make sure I have enough fuel, check the oil, fill the the gas tank prime an engine, pull a cord or wake up my family with the load noise of a combustion 4 stroke engine running. I push a button, pull back a bar and the electric engine purrs quietly in order for me to start cutting my lawn. I took a long time comparing all battery powered mowers and I chose this Sun Joe iONPRO 100V lawn mower. I am very satisfied with the complete package and its performance. What sold me on this system were all the additional lawn and garden tools in this series as well as the Snow Joe snow blower which all utilize the 100Volt battery system. I have purchased the iONPRO 100V BLOWER and TRIMMER, which both are also excellent in their respected requirements. I am trying to decide on which snow blower I should purchase now, either the new 100-Volt iONPRO 24 in. Cordless 2 stage snow blower or the 100-Volt iONPRO 21in Cordless single stage snow blower. I live in Oakville Ontario near the lake and we can get many snow falls over our winters and into early spring, so I would like to be properly prepared. I live on a large property with a 120 foot long driveway. I will write a review on my new Snow Joe snow blower later in the winter season after some usage.

This is a great easy to use lawnmower and being self propelled makes it even better. The motor is strong enough for thick grass and the bagger does a good job and the telescoping handle with one lever fold makes it easy to store and one lever wheel adjust is a great feature. Battery has a long run time and is fast to charge. The steel deck makes it feel strong but not extra heavy.

Only issue is mower would not power up out of the box. Appears to have been a switch issue on the lower right handle. After that very happy with how the mower has performed.

SO Worth The Money!

I'm a 60 year old single woman with little to no experience with powered lawn mowers. Recently moved from an apartment to a house with a medium size front and back lawn. Wanted an efficient mower that did most of the work for me and THIS is it! Comes ready to mow right out of the box (after charging the battery of course). I read the manual carefully before the first use and found it easy and simple to follow. This thing mowed like a dream - BOTH lawns from one charge! Thank you Sun Joe for making a mower even us ladies can love!
