Love the way it cuts, big time -- just have a problem with the safety button on left side only (when switching to left hand and holding pole with right hand, it's a little difficult to start the trigger when you have to depress the button on right side. Other then that, great piece.

Shape of teeth have a large V shaped opening, but there is nothing to keep objects from being forced out of slot while being cut. Pressure is required to keep object in cutter, and that is harder when at the end of a long pole. On the other hand, it should be hard to overload or jamb.

Quality from start to finish. My wife and (I) worried every time I had to trim the evergreens. Setting up the ladder time and again on unlevel ground took the better part of the day and a lot of courage. At 75 the doctor told me if you want to live a long time DON'T FALL. So to reach the top of the bushes from the ground just might be a life saver. Keep making excellent products at affordable prices and Sun Joe will always be my first choice!
