Quality from start to finish. My wife and (I) worried every time I had to trim the evergreens. Setting up the ladder time and again on unlevel ground took the better part of the day and a lot of courage. At 75 the doctor told me if you want to live a long time DON'T FALL. Love the way it cuts, big time -- just have a problem with the safety button on left side only (when switching to left hand and holding pole with right hand, it's a little difficult to start the trigger when you have to depress the button on right side. Other then that, great piece.
