Works great cuts branches up to 1/2 inch, a little front heavy but even my wife can use it. The high reach is great, no ladder required and it even trims the evergreen trees the wife decorates at Christmas

Nice to be able to reach tops and sides of tall shrubs. Trimmer is heavy so you know your "working" in the yard. Just used it once so am not sure how reliable the trimmer will be after several seasons. I'm happy with it so far.

The SunJoe SJH902E ploe trimmer works fantastic. The hedge has never looked better - and in a fraction of the time it used to take to trim. Plus all of the shrugs have been shaped as well. And I saved so much time I did the neighbour's hedge as well. A really great buy.

I bought the telescoping hedge trimmer to trim my monsterous hedges. I absolutely love it! I was using it and when I turned it on a branch was caught in the blades causing the motor not to move. It started to smoke and then quit working. I thought great now I have to buy a new one. I called Sun Joe told him what happened and they said no problem will send you out a new one and give you a prepaid label to send the bad one back to us. Within days I had it and was able to finish trimming my partially trimmed bush. I would rate their customer service beyond an A plus if I could. I told the representative that I didn't expect a replacement be this easy she told me "we are not here to hassle you we are here to help you", she delivered!!!!! Believe me, you can't go wrong with this product or with this company.

I own 300 ft of 8ft high cedar hedge and was using a regular hedge trimmer over the years. This was always slow and unsafe process. This new pole hedge trimmer allowed for much safer access from ground. The tool worked great. Why did I not get one of these years ago?

I bought this product so that I could trim my 7 ft wide hedge in one shot it did the job.
Once extended it is quite heavy & I don't know if I didn't tighten enough the extention shaft but it came apart 2 times. Other than that I really appreciated the trimmer
