I bought the telescoping hedge trimmer to trim my monsterous hedges. I absolutely love it! I was using it and when I turned it on a branch was caught in the blades causing the motor not to move. It started to smoke and then quit working. I thought great now I have to buy a new one. I called Sun Joe told him what happened and they said no problem will send you out a new one and give you a prepaid label to send the bad one back to us. Within days I had it and was able to finish trimming my partially trimmed bush. I would rate their customer service beyond an A plus if I could. I told the representative that I didn't expect a replacement be this easy she told me "we are not here to hassle you we are here to help you", she delivered!!!!! Believe me, you can't go wrong with this product or with this company.

I have been trimming my hedge for 30 years. We have been renting a scaffold every year. My neighbor was injured this year and it got me thinking there must be a better way.
I never buy over the internet, but I saw this and gave it a shot.
