Bad paint

I have 2 of these for my kids and the paint on the top lid chips badly. Originally I overlooked this as cosmetic but I found flecks of paint inside recently and was so disappointed in this bad design. This is my second round of 2 lunch boxes. The first did the same. I waited a year to buy again hoping they fixed the paint but no.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This lunchbox is amazing! We have had the plastic Bentgo lunch boxes in the past and after a school year of dish washes the plastic warped just enough to make it hard to put back together. This stainless steel is the perfect solution! No warping, and the configuration inside works best for my kindergarteners lunches!

Great lunchbox, doesn't leak! - have bought one for each of my kids. I wish wish my daughter hadn't accidentally thrown the silicone container in the trash when she cleaned up her lunch. Would be nice to have a few of the silicone containers included :)

Beware- Doesn’t fit standard lunch bags! Almost 1.5” bigger than the normal kids box. Feels deceitful, now I have to buy a bag from the same brand to make this work, not happy.
