Great lunchbox and great service!

I bought two of these lunchboxes last September, and my kids used them everyday. I love that it’s one plastic-free container for the whole lunch. We rinse it out each night and fill it right back up for the next lunch. This August, one of the hinges became disconnected, and BentGo replaced it no questions asked! Definitely a big fan of this company and it’s product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Third time is the charm?

As much as we like the stainless steel option for durability and cleaning that we purchasedin 2021, we are on our 3rd set of Kids Stainless Steel Bento Boxes. The 1st set didn't close all the way. The 2nd set had latches that no longer closed and a hinge became disconnected to the lid after 18 months of use. However, their customer support has been understanding and very responsive. The company stands by their warranty as both sets had been covered without question. Reading that the boxes had some design improvement in 2022, we hope this next generation becomes what we had in mind with our initial purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the idea but do not fit into lunch box

Wanted to love and use these so bad for my child for school! Love that they’re stainless steel and not plastic! But they’re too long to fit into a standard size child lunch box (even the Pottery Barn large lunch box). There is not a handle to carry them without a lunch box 😞 so disappointed!

Food allergy must have

These bentgo boxes make travel convenient and easy when traveling with my food allergy toddler. From the zoo, to the beach, to play dates, it goes everywhere with us. The size is perfect, it allows for more than enough food and the silicone seal keeps each food item fresh.

Great Product, wonderful customer service!

The bento box style has been a life saver for my child who does not like food touching. I started with smaller kids bento box when he was in preschool and have moved to the stainless steal larger one now that he's in elementary school. I had an issue with the latch and reached out and they fixed it right away. Appreciate the products and the wonderful customer service!

Color on lid starts to chip off after normal use/wash. Product functions well as expected just looks awful with chipping. I would not expect this for the price of the container. Customer service was great and provided a hassel free replacement.
