I like the lunchbox. I prefer stainless over plastic, and I chose to try it because it is leak resistant, unlike our Planetbox. It is an overall nice design, though it does have some plastic parts. It is a bit heavy, and the suction makes it somewhat difficult to open, but it doesn’t leak! The compartments are a bit awkward, I definitely prefer the spaces on Planetbox over this one. It works well without leaking, holds a variety of food, and is better than plastic.

Perfect for toddler lunch!

I purchased this for my youngest grandson who just started preschool. He’s somewhat of a picky eater so this lunchbox allows his mom to send a variety of healthy foods (both wet and dry) for him to choose from. Other lunchboxes she has bought do not keep the foods separate. He is not yet able to open and close it by himself, but it is something his teachers are working on at school. His mom loves that she can put it in the dishwasher for daily sanitation!

Kid Approves! But a Tad Heavy. Pros and Cons

After using the product for a week here are the pros and cons thus far.
Pros:
-Our son that just started kindergarten likes it!
-Cleans well.
-Seems very secure.
-Positive experience with Bentgo support so far.
Cons:
-It is a bit heavy. We think it is too heavy for our very petite daughter that is almost 3 and a half.
-On the big side. We needed to get the Bentgo lunch bag, to save space and possibly weight maybe the 2 in 1 backpack might've been an option to look into in retrospect?

Other then latch breaking, great product

The latch broke off within 6 months or so of use, which is disappointing considering the quality and price of the item, however the warranty is great to have. It is a little heavy but expected because of
the material. I like how it is a quality material lunch box with great portion sizes.

Such an amazing lunchbox! My 5 year old loves it and I was so happy to be able to purchase stainless steal instead of plastic for her. I had heard that the stainless stain boxes can leak, but they seem to have fixed this issue with this new model.
