Easy to use

This was my first time trying these as a lunch box for my child and I got a pack of 3. For the most part, I am very happy with them. They are easy to use and easy to clean. I like the dividers, however, I wish there was a locking mechanism with them because they are easily lost. Also, thin liquids do not go on the removable divider side as it will seep under. But I do love that my child has one container to keep track of instead of multiple containers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Made lunch-packing enjoyable

I purchased this set at the start of the school year and it has made lunch-packing enjoyable for the kids (and parents alike). Each of my kids have taken to “own” one color—only wish that Bentgo offered the same case available for purchase separately. Just the tray covers alone with was challenging for the younger kids to open and snap close. Nonetheless, we really like how spacious the trays are. Look forward to add more to our collection.

I had this bentgo for my son it’s great and fits all his food . The big compartment size is great for lunch! Also bentgo has an amazing warranty policy who helped me when mine broke!

Best Lunch Box We've Used

We have used this style lunch box for six years, for two kids and two adults. It is truly leakproof which makes it great for throwing in school backpacks, ski bags, hiking backpacks, work bags, etc. The flexibility of the larger compartment size is great to accommodate different "main dish" items. Just be careful not to throw away the divider! It washes well by hand or on the top rack of the dishwasher. We LOVE the Bento Fresh Box!

Great Lunch Boxes

There are so many lunchbox options these days and we have been very happy with our purchases with Bentgo. The boxes are easy to use, fun to interchange parts, and easy to clean! I have three kids and getting their lunches prepped and packed is a challenge, I'm glad I have a great product like this to make my mornings a little bit easier.

I have 3 children and I pack their lunches each day for school! I love the ease of the Fresh lunch box. I make an assembly line and I love how easy it is to pop their sandwich, fruit, snack, and then a little treat into each compartment! I make 2 lunches at a time, so the extra lunch, I pop into the fridge for the next day and it keeps so nicely. My kiddos are tough on products but these lunch boxes have held up over the years. The outer shell has a wonderful seal on the inside that keeps everything in place. I have even packed salads with dressing and it never leaks into the other compartments. My kiddos love to see what I packed them each day and they can open and close the lunch boxes with ease! These lunch boxes make my life easier too; well done Bentgo!

Makes Lunches Easy

We have owned several bentgo boxes, starting with the bentgo kid.
What I love about them is it makes packing lunch easy. The kids know, one section holds their protein, one their fruit, one their vegetable and one their grain. It makes me confident that they can pack their own lunch and get a well balanced diet.
The bentgo kids was the perfect size for kindergarten and below, but as we started to try to stuff whole sandwiches into it over time it eventually did crack and break. So definitely size up rather than stuff it! Bentgo was great though and they do stand behind them for 2 years and replaced it since it was just under 2 years (they definitely aren't flimsy but kids are tough on things!). I love the bentgo fresh as it has plenty of room for my 2-4th graders, I even have been know to pack them more than they can eat in it.
There have been 2 issues with the bentgo fresh, one has been the hinge on both of the two we own eventually broke when dropped just at the right angle. Luckily my husband was able to fix both with baking soda and super glue which made me happy they didn't end up in the land fill (I am sure bentgo would have helped us out with a replacement). And one of them has been going strong for over a year with this fix (the other was dropped recently). To avoid this problem I am trying out the bentgo pop for my 3rd child. The hinges seem to be protected here so hopefully we won't have to worry about them.
And the second problem has been the dividers getting thrown away. I love the divider and it seems to fit very snuggly, but somehow my children find a way to not come home with them. I do not know if they bang their food out when emptying them and they fall out, but unfortunately bentgo does not sell replacements. Hopefully they will change this as they already sell replacements for utensils and other parts that easily wander away.
Overall we have really enjoyed ours, they make school lunches easy and are great for traveling (car or plane) as they easily sit in their lap. Hopefully my review helps others avoid a few of the hassles we had along the way!
