Love the Bentgo box for my 2yo daughter. It makes it easy on her teachers to just open one container rather than opening individual packages for every student in the class. It fits perfectly in her lunchbox and with an ice pack, stays cold all day! She lost her divider at school and I called customer service where Jonathan not only put in an order for another divider, but sent us another lunchbox.... expedited.... so we'd have it right away! If that's not awesome customer service, I don't know what is. Highly recommend!

My two kids (6 and 3) use these for first grade and preschool. I love having the different sections including the optional divider so I can easily pack a balanced meal without depending on prepackaged stuff or wasting a million plastic bags. We just take it out of the backpack as soon as they get home and quickly wash it so it's ready for the next morning. So far so good!

Doesn't fit inside a standard lunchbox carrier

I like the design of the spill-resistant rubber to keep food separate in the compartments, and the general capacity is great. However, the overall design seems inefficient. The total exterior dimensions make this box too large to place inside standard soft-pack lunchboxes. When I pack lunches in these for my kids, I cannot place this inside of their lunchbox carrier. They have to carry just the Bento to school, which gives me nowhere to place their napkin, utensils, drink, etc. I also have the kid size version of this, which is slightly smaller (and I can therefore wedge it into their lunchbox but just barely), however that version has a lot of wasted space too. With some design tweaks, the exterior dimensions could be shrunk to fit most standard carry-lunchboxes without losing too much interior food capacity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love these, and honestly packs just the right amount for my kiddos for their lunch! Seems like everything stays in it's designated place, washing is easy as well! Wish most of the colors weren't out of stock at the time of ordering but the color I was able to get is beautiful!
Customers service was great as well, recieved it a little later then expected (paid extra shipping) but they refunded the cost with no problem! Definitely plan on ordering from them again!
