I did not like this box at all. It was so bulky and heavy. It is very hard to get the ice pack liner separated from the tray. Everything leaks and blends into each side. Crackers got all crumbled on top of the fruit next to it, the divider doesn't do much. I wish I could return it! I am a huge Bentgo fan, but this product was a complete miss. It will live in my cupboard unused. I will keep grabbing my beloved Bentgo snack box wishing it was a little bigger with an ice pack.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Here’s a quick tip that may help: for best results, we recommend placing the ice pack in the freezer overnight (at least 6–8 hours) before use and packing the lunch box in an insulated bag to help maintain the cool temperature longer.
