Doesn’t latch very well, which creates a mess! Concept is cool but the frozen ice pack prevents it from closing, even without the ice pack it doesn’t stay latched.

I like the concept of this lunch box. However, you do have to leave the bottom ice pack in the freezer for overnight in order for food to stay cool but doesn’t stay cool long enough. It is a bit heavy for my child to carry. I do wish they had this concept for a snack box size, it would be easier for little ones.

I love this box for my kids' lunches. I also got one for myself. Depending on what I am eating it is a little small for me but perfect for the kids. Sandwiches get a little smooched but not too bad for my kids.

Very high-quality nice lunchbox. My only complaint is that it’s not big enough. I have a kindergarten, and it’s hard for me to fit the food for his lunch in the compartments. Would be ideal if it were one or 2 inches bigger. For example, for me to put a sandwich in the lunchbox, I have to cut some of the bread off in order for it to fit.

Faulty latch?

We just purchased this to use for the new school year. Only on week 3 of school and the latch doesn’t stay secure. It’s disappointing and I am concerned that the lunch is going to spill all over my child’s backpack. Even empty, the latch doesn’t snap tight. Also, the compartments are a little small, even for elementary level kids.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect size for my 3yr old and very easy to use keeps everything cool. Just kinda heavy for my 3 yr old to keep in her backpack. Wish I just bought the regular bento and just used ice packs to keep it cool so it would weigh less.
