Very Convenient

I bought this in August 2023 and loved it. Easy to use and very convenient. December 2023 I noticed it started to leak inside her lunchbox and notified the manufacturer, the replacement process was quick and easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have been a Bentgo customers for quite sometime, I’m not aware of better lunch and snack box option at an affordable price. Customer service is quick and efficient in case of any issues which is rare.

Great Lunchbox

Bought this for my girls lunch box. We love the built in compartments and ice pack. It is great for keeping their food separate and fresh. Broke at about 6 months but great warranty and customer service.

Leaks

I bought my daughter a Bentgo Kids Chill back in August based on all the amazing reviews. Let me say, I’m not sure it’s worth all the hype. The food stays room temperature (or cool-ish when you include the freeze pack) and the seals are not that great, compartments leak into one another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Customer Service

We bought 2 of these to try after hearing great reviews. Unfortunately, upon receiving the products, one product had the wrong insert in the box. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to fix the problem. They even allow us to keep the wrong product. We look forward to trying these kids lunchboxes.

Not just for kids

I bought this in the advice of my 7 year old Godchild. Her grandma bought it for the start of school. I like to limit my portion sizes so works great. I love the ice pack so convenient. Everything is so compact and easy to carry to work
