Horrible. Stays cold for about an hour or two. Customer service stated that is by design. If I use it it still has to be packed with an extra ice pack. Waste of money and space in the cupboard.

Great for toddlers and young kids

Super easy to use my 3 year old loves to take his lunch box to school and the park. Small enough to fit into his backpack without taking up alot of room. Stay cool throughout his school day. Overall really happy with the product and would recommend

We just got this for my son we had a issue with it sealing and I reached out to customer service and they where a amazing help! Answered all of my complaints with kindness and send us a replacement! We are so excited to keep using this!!

Cold food for school lunches

This box fits perfectly in my child’s lunch box. It keeps her fruit, cheese, and other foods at the right temperature for her late lunch. She is very happy with using this and loves to show it off to her friends.

Good for elementary school.

The product is good for elementary school (age 5-8). It would be a bit small for older children. The ice pack stays cold enough for school and is a nice alternative than a separate ice back. We had an issue with the clasp popping open so we would use a rubber band when we sent the lunchbox to school. However, customer service is excellent (5 stars for customer service).

Clever Creation for Kids!

This is such a clever and simple way to ensure my kids are getting the appropriate portions of healthy food in a school day and that out will be fresh when they get to it at lunchtime! Bonus, bentgo customer care is an awesome team to experience. We had an issue with our first purchase and they were more than helpful in resolving our concerns!
