Great lunch box and portion sizes for my kindergartener! Loves the colours and keeps his food cold all day! Great for sending cheese and fruit etc. love it! And customer service is great when having issues so will recommend this!

Fun for kids

The colours are fun and allows for 4 separate foods in nice size portions for kids. Easy to use lid for kids. My kindergartener likes his lunch box and the different colours too. We like it as it keeps his food cold all day. Am having issues with getting the lid to close now with the ice pack but customer sorry is helping us so would recommend trying these out!

Doesn't close but love

Bought this product about. I love how it is chilled however it is impossible to close. I feel like I'm trying to close an overloaded suitcase. However great customer service that helped me today!

Doesn’t close

We bought a few of these a year ago and after a little while, it became impossible to get all four sides of top to snap shut. I can usually get 3 sides snapped if I spend a minute to do so, but the last side never fully shuts. We have taken care of it the way instructions note (too rack dishwasher safe). The issue is that, food items/liquid spill out since it can’t be completely shut. When my kid returns from daycare, the backpack is completely covered in food and has to be washed because the box couldnt be closed shut. So, not worth it-especially at the high price tag.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome lunchbox just be careful!

The lunchbox itself is amazing, but don’t forget to unclip the ice pack before you microwave! I was used to the original ones without the ice pack, so it completely slipped my mind when I microwaved it and the ice pack melted :(

Perfect for on the go lunches

We love our bentgo chill's. It's so nice to have an ice pack as part of the unit. This fits in my kids lunchboxes with a thermos. It's the perfect size for a smaller kids full lunch, or a bigger kids cold sides with a hot thermos lunch. We have 3 and I use multiple times a week. Well made and easy for kids to open themselves.

This is my first time purchasing the bentgo with the built in ice pack and now I wish this was the only kind we had. My kids have an easier time opening it, it keeps food colder, and it fits in their lunch bag better. Really great quality and easy to clean.
