Overall, great product. My kids love their lunchbox. I don't love that you can't use the lunchbox without the ice try. It makes it a bit heavier. Besides that, works perfectly.

Bought 2 of these for my son. The latch on one actually broke after about a year and a half of use but the customer support team was very helpful and replaced it! That was awesome. Happy with these and will continue purchasing from his brand.

Amazing features!

I bought this lunchbox for my daughter for school and have LOVED every second of using it! It's so easy to make lunch for her and the different compartments help me to give her a variety of foods without having to use a bunch of plastic bags. I love the size of the lunchbox, too. My daughter can get overwhelmed by too much food in front of her at one time, so the different sections really help her to not get so overwhelmed and eat a good amount of whatever she likes that day. The ice pack is easy to store in the freezer (it doesn't take up much space) and works for hours! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love the Kids Chill boxes! And being able to order additional ice trays so I always have one in the freezer is great. These lunchboxes are the perfect size and the individual compartments make packing lunch a breeze!

I bought this for my new preschooler and love it so far. It's easy to clean and use, and provides just the right amount of storage for my daughter's lunch. I bought this one because of the ice pack which is helpful to keep her lunch cold. Highly recommend!

Best bento box ever!

We have had this for almost 2 years and it is by far the best bento box. I was using a knock off for myself before purchasing for my daughter and once I saw the quality of this I got myself the adult bento box (for eating lunch on car line) This stays cold till my daughters lunch and it is the only bento box to hold a yogurt smoothie. Couldn’t say enough good things about this company. I will buy forever
