Great kids lunch box and customer service

We bought this a few months ago for our kids lunches and it has worked amazingly. I love having the different compartments. Its also very sturdy and kid assisible.

The lunchbox does a good job of chilling, according to my little, but his lunch bag has been a mess when he gets home. If he does not finish his food (yogurt, applesauce, hummus, dipping sauces etc) it leaks out of the compartment(s). The foods mix inside of the compartments as well (ie yogurt mixes into the ketchup).

Bought this for my toddler who is in daycare. I have to say, I love the chill insert and the mess free compartments. I keeps all the food separate and is very easy to clean. I did some digging prior to buying And at this point don’t regret spending the money. With a all the positive reviews and warranty attached to this, it was a no brained. Very happy with the product thus far! Thank you Bentgo!

Seal is great, easy to open to open and close for my child. Enough spaces for a variety of foods. It stays cold for a bit but my son says by lunch time his food is only a little cold so I worry about parking anything like cheese or yogurt :/ also I wish it was just a little bigger , and that there was adult size chill boxes for me! Over all a good product only BIG improvement I would say is a longer chilled ice pack. :)

Good product overall. I'm used to more technical gear, which can maintain temperature for extended/predictable amounts of time. However, this does a good enough job for school lunches. The latch can be a little difficult to open/close, even for the adults in the house.

I bought this a month ago for my older son who is going to kindergarten and really love the size of these compartments along with the freezer bin that goes under the tray to keep the food cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bentgo box came in a neatly packed box with care instructions. The box is leak proof and it’s a chill box . The top compartment can be taken and you don’t need to buy a cool pack, the bottom layer acts as cool pack . The food will stay fresh . The portion size is perfect for kids.The lock is easier for kids to open and it’s very compact.
Its BPA free and dishwasher safe. The tray is microwaveable . This is definitely a must buy.
