Bentgo chill - Awesome but the latch won’t close

This bentgo box is great, but unfortunately the box won’t close properly and keeps opening.
I love the idea of keeping my sons food cool, but it makes a mess for him in his lunch bag.
Hopefully it’s only a defect and I can get a proper replace ment.

We love this lunch box! I was so happy to finally have a good option for keeping my kids lunch cool! The only down side is that it is difficult for my kids to close (mostly just the kindergardener) and sometimes the ice pack can become stuck inside of the try and it takes a little wiggling to get it out. Otherwise, an awesome lunch box option!

Bought for my kindergartener at the start of school year. Perfect size for portions and very easy for my child to open and close. Had an issue requiring warranty replacement and was amazed by the quick and seamless process of replacement….excellent customer service!

Great lunch box for Preschool

This box is simple and easy to care for. I like the compartment sizes, the freezer pack that fits into the box, and is easy for my little ones to use on their own at lunch time. I do also like that the compartments are leak proof, so things like sauces do not mix into the next compartment.

Great lunch container

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great container for kids lunches. I like the individual compartments and I love that it has the slide out freezer pack that is underneath the food to keep it cool. It opens easily and closes tightly to keep food fresh.

Perfect for keeping items cool for a few hours. Love the divided sections that don’t leak. It can be tricky for my son to get it latched back together after he uses it.

I like this lunchbox a lot - the food seems to stay cold for quite a while. I wish you had inserts available like the non-chill kids' lunchboxes so I could make lunch for the week and keep it in the fridge ready to pop in.
