I bought a set of lunch and snack boxes.
I am very satisfied with my purchase.The food remains fresh and I have not noticed any leak thus far.
I contacted customer services as the lunch box was hard to open and they reacted quickly, sending me a replacement box.

What a great little lunch box. My almost 3 year old loves it! Easy for him to open by himself and carry around. I love the rubberized corners and the chill pack. This made packing for a day trip at the museum easy! I will definitely use it for when he starts talking lunches to school! I would definitely recommend.

We tried the vent go chill box and had trouble closing the clasp. With a quick email over to customer service within two emails we have a new one being sent our way. Customer service was so easy to deal with. We can’t wait to get back to using our bed go chill lunchbox

I bought the chill lunchbox and snack container a few weeks ago and love the product. The rubberized inside helps keep anything sticky or liquid (like the liquid from washed and cut strawberries) from seeping out. Do pay attention to the washing instructions though! The plastic does warp easily. Customer service was very helpful in assisting me with an issue I had.

Great Product Even Better Customer Service

I have been using these Bentgo Chill Lunch Boxes for three years now. And love everything about them. Stay cold for long periods, easy for picky eaters to not get food touching, Great for babies as well as toddler, the list goes on and on as to why I like these. Recently, one of our 7 Bentgo Lunchboxes broke and it was so easy to get replaced. Simply called the costomer service, they looked up my email address and found my order, they send me an email where I attached a picture, then the replacement will come in mail. So easy! Thank you Bentgo. I can't wait to continue to use your products.

Love the box - it's so practical with the removable ice pack that fits in the middle and because I can put the tray in the dishwasher. My only wish is that the partitions were a removable as well, in order to chose the size of food you want to pack.

I love that I can choose to place the ice pack layer in or not. By the time my child comes home it is not very cold. But it still keeps it a little cold for his lunchtime. Better than nothing. I love having that option.
