My daughter received this as a gift. She’s doesn’t eat much of a lunch and is more of a snacker so was excited for this product plus it’s not super bulky and liked that it comes with the cooking pack. Unfortunately it wouldn’t close/seal properly. Wasn’t sure Id be able to have this resolved without hassle, but customer service was quick to respond and will be replacing this item. Thanks so much!

A great, study lunchbox. Ice pack is inside, so it doesn't sweat. I did have some issues with the tray getting stuck inside the lid, so be careful when you put it together. Overall, I am buying a 2nd, plus the extra tray to prep multiple lunches at once. I recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this. My 5 year old instantly started planning his lunch and where items go and they were all healthy! This is where you put the grapes. He loves it and loves the ease of opening and closing and I love it keeps the items cool for him.

I loved it its easy for my kids to use and keep food cool for them. Only thing I didnt like that it stains easily. We packed pasta with tomotoe sauce and the sauce stained it. Since its light gray the stain is very visible but it still works well.

It seals well to keep the liquid in the compartments so it does not spill over or leak. It is easy to wash and the food tray is dishwasher safe. It is a great box for kids.
