Perfect for kids

I bought 3 of these for my kindergartener. They’re perfect! They’re easy for him to open and the compartments make it easier to pack him different items. Definitely recommend!

I had an issue with closing the lunchbox that I bought and I contacted the customer service via email. They were so prompt and addressed my issue by sending me a replacement. I am very happy about their service and efficiency. If you are hesitant whether or not to buy this product, buy it! It’s a great lunchbox, and if you need anything you can reach out and will be taken care of well.

I purchased this product a couple of years ago, and it has been used by my son for his school lunches every day since then. He began using it in eighth grade and continues to use it in eleventh grade. The container has remained completely leak-proof throughout this time, and my son is quite fond of it. Its compact and sleek design allows it to fit conveniently into his backpack, as he considers himself "too old" for a lunch bag. Recently, I encountered an issue with my Bentgo, and I must commend their exceptional customer service for swiftly resolving the matter within days.

I love being able to prep multiple meals and have them ready to go! Quick and easy to switch between meals/snacks quickly and saves this Momma time getting everything prepared for each day. Love the construction, durability, and confidence I have in this lunchbox! Very happy with my purchase!

My son loves this lunchbox so much more than anything else we've had in the past. The dividers actually work and it holds up well with day to day usage. I would highly recommend!

I gave 4 stars because I received the Bentgo box broken. I contacts customer service and they sent a replacement (has not arrived yet, fingers crossed it's not broken). The customer service rep that helped me was wonderful! Love the quick attention and that I don't have to send them a broken box (so wasteful on packaging transportation costs). My son can't wait to get his new box! Happy New School Year everyone!

My kids love using these lunchboxes. So many designs and colors to choose from. It’s very durable and leakproof. I had an issue that was promptly addressed by their exceptional customer service. A+

Great, but not leak proof

I bought the set of 2 from Costco and loved it at first, but it is unfortunately not “leak-proof” as it claims. I had pasta salad in one of the compartments and by the time I got to work, my bag and it’s contents was covered with the vinaigrette. I had it latched properly so that was a bummer, but at least now I know. Also, if someone sees something in the photos that indicates I did not latch it properly and that caused the leak, please let me know!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
