I bought my bentgo fresh a year ago and misplaced the divider. I assumed maybe they'd be available on the website but I contacted customer support. Within a few days my problem was solved easily. Such a smooth and easy customer experience. Thanks!

This product is great and I love taking it to work! It makes lunch so easy. I gave 4 stars because I wish there was a sauce spot like in the kids (the little circle). The spots there now are too big for sauce. Other than that I love this product and I’m glad I bought it!

I bought these for my husband's lunch for work and he loves it and I love that I can prep a couple meals at a time to make things easier in the mornings my whole family loves the bentgo boxes I have the smallest id's ones and the larger kids one and the adult ones and they are all amazing and I love they are easy to open and also leak proof so they don't make a mess everywhere

Great product and customer service!

My 6 year old has two different ones of these... they are great for her lunch (enough for her to eat, and the divider gives flexibility if she wants one "big" thing like a sandwich or a salad, rather than more smaller amounts of food. We lost the divider and they are replacing it for free. Customer service was quick and responsive! Even though this is plastic, I know my daughter will use these for a long time, and I am very happy with this purchase!
