These lunch boxes are used every day by my three children. The latches broke and customer service had such great reps that they replaced them.

Great lunchbox for my preschooler

My 4 year old opens this with ease and enjoys eating his lunch from it every day. The two pieces are easy to clean. The silicone started to peel in one area, so I reached out to Bentgo and they are sending a replacement with very little hassle. I appreciate the product and customer service!
