Amazing Lunchbox, Even better customer service

I recieved the purple Bentgo Brights lunch box from my cousin as a gift for my at the time upcoming Kindergartener. I absolutely loved the box and so did my girl, however we somehow got a crack in the insert. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a replacement. What speaks volumes about a company is not only that they stand behind their products, but how courteous they were during the process. I am a lifelong customer, and have bought other products. Don't waste your money with cheap substitutes. You get what you pay for!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bentgo box as a sample to try out. I am impressed by the hinge. It moves unlike any hinge I have seen before. I also love that the plastic is BPA free and sturdy and unlikely to break if dropped. The seal helps keep each compartment airtight. The pull out tray is the only part machine washable to insure a airtight seal, but the outer part can still be hand washed. The box is easy to open and close even with my arthritis. The purple and pink colors are muted so its not overly bright. The best part is how quick it is to put together different items in one container.

Love Bentgo for my toddler’s lunch

I am the owner of three Bentgo lunch boxes, and I and my children love them. They keep food separated and secure. It allows my children to have a colorful variety of foods and snacks in one place. We especially love the fun designs.

Great customer service

I bought these for my boys (6 & 3) about 6 months ago. They never leak, are easy to open and wash. Both of them developed mold, we reached out to customer service and they were replaced quickly. They provided a lot of useful information to keep mold from happening again which was very helpful.

Great lunchbox for toddlers!

My 4 year old loves this lunchbox, and so do I! It is so easy to separate her food because it’s the end of the world if it touches. It has plenty of compartments for different food options. The seal is great for preventing leaks and it keeps crispy food crispy even in the fridge overnight. It’s also super easy to clean and affordable! I will definitely buy these for my youngest when she gets to school too!

Amazing product and customer service

I got this product for my kindergartner and he absolutely loves it. It’s so easy for him to open and close. The contents do not leak into other compartments or out of the container. To top it off, their customer service is spectacular. I sent and email for inquiry and got a response within an hour!
