We received a Bentgo box as a gift for my daughter, and unfortunately mold grew in the silicone seal. I contacted customer support and they are promptly sending us a new one. Thank you so much!

Not as sturdy, but great customer service!

We got the blue confetti lunch box and insulated bag for my son about 2 months ago. The shell of the lunch box is see through and feels much thinner than our previous box (monster truck print). Within a little over a month of normal school use, the lid of the shell was broken. We had to switch back to the monster truck box while waiting on our replacement. On the upside, the customer service was super quick to respond. With a couple of pictures in an email, they were shipping out a new one to be here in 2 to 5 days! I love our Bentgo products, we have a lot of them. This is the first issue we have had and they handled it very well!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This has made packing lunches so much easier. I love all the compartments to pack food in which add variety to the lunch. The container is high quality and does not leak.

We’ve had this lunch box for over a year. Just recently found some of what I believe are mold spots on them. I contacted customer services, they have been great to deal with. We still recommend these boxes for the kiddos.

My daughter loves!!!

I bought this for my daughter when she was coming home from school not finishing her lunch because she didn’t have enough time to open everything! This lunch container helped tremendously with helping her be able to finish her lunch in a timely manner! Wouldn’t ever switch back to not using this!!!
