Purchased 2 boxes for my kiddos unfortunately one of them is defective and does not close correctly. I figured I’d be out of luck since I threw away both boxes and receipt (never imagined I’d have issues with either one). Thankfully Gonway S. Has made it right by replacing the defective product! Customer service is great and stand by their product!

We love our Bentgo boxes for the kids lunches. Easy to open- Even with our little guy who has a muscle weakness condition. He has no problem opening the box. We had a slight issue with mildew on our silcone seal. (not covered under warranty). Customer service is kind enough to send us a new one.

Don't forget overnight!

My daughter absolutely loved using this box to pack her lunch. She loves the compartments and it's the perfect size for the portions she needs. However, she did forget it overnight in her book bag one night and it did start growing mold around the silicone seals. Unfortunately I don't have the proof of purchase from when I bought it before school started, but Bentgo customer service has been helpful. Be sure to close it tightly or it may leak a little.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Most durable lunch box for your kids!

I have tried different lunch boxes for my 1st grader son, and I don't think there are any lunch box better than this bentgo box. Perfect portion sizes, cute designs, easy for him to open, fits perfectly in almost every lunch bag and the most important thing, DOES NOT LEAK!. After a year of everyday use, my lunchbox developed something that I think is mold, so I would recommend to towel/paper dry your lunchbox silicone liners immediately after each wash. My son loves his bentgo kids lunch so I totally recommend this product! 10/10.
