I bought this box about a year ago for my daughter starting Pre K. We use it on a daily basis and unfortunately after a few months, we were noticing some issues with it. I decided to reach out to their customer service and they were fantastic! So quick to reply and resolve the issue. Will definitely continue to purchase from this company! The box is perfect for school and we take it on road trips and outings regularly. My daughter loves it!

Fun lunchbox with some flaws

My kids adore these lunchboxes! It's challenging to fill every compartment with lunch ideas, especially the middle round hole. The lunchbox is also quite heavy for a toddler. After 6 months of light use, one lunchbox started developing mold on the rubber part of the lid. Despite soaking in vinegar, the mold continued to stay.
Bentgo was generous with their replacement program but this is certainly a flaw in the product design.

We have been using these boxes for our daughter since she was 2 years old and in pre-school. They have never leaked when closed properly and the compartments have worked well for us over the years. Our daughter is now 8 and we are just moving up to the larger size Bentgo lunch boxes. Love the variety of colors and designs.and recommend them to others!

Great lunch box, highly recommended!

Everything about this lunch box is great. We're able to put our sons lunch together really quickly and the compartments make it mess free and liquid tight. Two pieces of constructive feedback: 1) After a year of use the silicone on the lid started to wear. 2) The latches definitely work and we never had a leak or accident. However, they stopped locking flush leaving us a bit nervous.
Product support has been absolutely amazing with their quick response. Bentgo stands behind their product. The warranty process is straight forward and concise. This is why I rated this 5 out of 5.

Disappointed with how small the different compartments are. Ordered this online for my 5 year old and was really disappointed with not having enough space or enough depth for her snacks.
