Amazing customer service!!

These lunch boxes are awesome by themselves. Perfect for school or even a trip to the beach. But the Bentgo customer service truly adds to this.
I recently reached out about some mold that had begun showing on the rubber/silicon seals on the inside lid. They quickly got back to me with some suggested cleaning options. When those still didn’t work, they sent me a new box, expedited shipping. I only emailed looking for advice. I’m seriously impressed with how it all was handled!

Perfect fo 5-7 year old

Our son has used this for 1.5 years. When he was younger, it was one of the few that he could open by himself (but still closed securely). We all love that even though there are a bunch of different sections, only 1 of them is small (but perfect for a small sweet treat to end his lunch). The others are perfectly sized for a varied meal. The dividers are well thought out so juice from apple slices doesn't soak into his bread.
We had an issue with ours after about 1.5 years. It turns out that even though we had registered it for warranty when we purchased it, it wasn't filled out properly. The warranty team was fantastic to work with and we came to happy resolution.
Very soon, we'll be buying the next age up, but we absolutely love this one, and the company.

We have been using Bentgo lunchboxes for a couple of years now with my 3 kids (ages 2-5) and we love them! The kids love having their own color lunchbox and all the compartments make it fun. We have had issues with our cover getting a little moldy but customer service has been great to work with. Would definitely purchase another in the future!

Great lunchbox and solid customer service!

Our Bentgo has been an awesome lunchbox for our 4 year old. It’s a fun lunchbox that fits a variety of food, and has been perfect for all of his daycare lunches. He’s used it over the past 2 years but we’ve only recently experienced issues with the lunchbox not latching properly.
I reached out to customer service and they have been extremely prompt and helpful. We had our Bentgo registered for warranty, and although we have misplaced our receipt with proof of purchase, the team has been amazing and courteous honouring the warranty and sending us a replacement.
We love this lunchbox and will purchasing the next age up soon. We strongly recommend this company!

Great for Kids with Food Allergies

We love having 5 size compartments for all of my picky daughter. We like making gluten free/dairy free lunchables.
We usually wash by hand but occasionally put on the top rack of the dishwasher.
The colors are fun too! There are so many choices now!

Amazing Customer Service!

My daughter received the Bentgo Brights lunch box as a gift last year. And recently one of the clips was broken. I reached out to the company and they were quick to send out a replacement lunch box - I'm so glad my daughter will have a new lunch box for the new school year, this saves a lot of $$ especially in today's economic tough times. Sincerely thank you Abby for helping me out, appreciate it!
