Excellent lunchbox and great customer service!

This lunchbox is perfect for my preschooler! Completely leakproof and perfect portion sizes.
I will say I did notice a spot of mold on the rubber seal after several months of regular use - I contacted customer service about this and they gave me suggestions on how to clean it. When that didn’t work for me, they replaced it free of charge.
We will be especially mindful to promptly dry this after use moving forward.

I received these for my kids when they started preschool and they've been so perfect! One of them got damaged and customer service was super nice and easy to work with and are sending us a replacement which is much appreciated!

We love our bentgo boxes. They don’t leak, and the different compartments make it easy for my picky eater, who also doesn’t like her food to touch. Not to mention the customer service is too-notch.

Our bentgo boxes are well loved by my son and myself! So when an issue arose with one of our bentgo boxes. I reached to bentgo to see if anything could be done. They offer to send us a new bentgo replacement with a verification of purchase. I explained to them that I had lost my receipt from August 2022 and they are replacing our bentgo box for us anyways as a courtesy!! Best customer service!!

I love making my twins lunch. I love the compartments. I feel better not having to use plastic ziplock bags for their lunch. One of the tabs started to break and they are sending me a replacement.

The only lunchbox I’ll buy!

Have several for my son and have always loved them but recently learned about the 2-year warranty, which is such a great perk. The lunch boxes are very durable but knowing Bentgo stands behind their product is even better. We love Bentgo!

rubber bottom so key!

My toddler is just 18 months but we've been religiously using this at least 2-3x a week for picnics, bench lunches, and restaurant outings. Most buy it because it's totally leak proof and between compartments (which we love as well - esp since we do some Chinese style noodles and other compartments are fruit and such)...but we LOVE the rubber bottom. I know, sounds weird, but most of the others don't have a grib on the bottom. He's 1.5 years old, he pushes his lunch box easily on tables let along on a bunch or chair while eating outdoors. It does everything that it should and now I can't live without that rubber bottom.
