I had an issue with my bentgo lunchbox and I got in contact with customer service through Bentgo and they responded to me and are sending a replacement!

We use the Bentgo Kids Print box for son in Grade 1 - its used daily and has held up extremely well. It is well sealed and has zero leaks and is well built.
Its actually the best lunch box we have ever used for my son's lunch. We would highly recommend this box for anyone looking for a high quality box.

My daughter is really excited about the unicorn print on this box. This is our third order of Bentgo, and we're really happy with them- with the caveat that we usually have to replace the box after the clasps break and go to the clip on, separated transparent cover.
