Pretty Freaking Cool!

First off it's a beast in size. You can tell it quality from the moment you take it out of the box. The touch screen is a crafters dream. The pen helps you navigate with ease. The craft opportunities are endless. My kiddos and I were making gift boxes, keychains, t-shirts, wall decals and more. I'm in love with this Scan N Cut!

So much fun

This was not some that I personally gave much thought to. But after getting it set up my wife and kids are having a blast creating with it. It was so easy to set up and they (wife, 2 teenage sons, and even 6 year old daughter) picked it all up very quickly. They have mad tons of stickers and craft projects on it in just a few weeks. Knowing what I know now this machine is top notch. All the features to do many projects and very easy to use. I highly recommend this cutter/scanner!

It's an interesting combination of crafting and technology. This is a great product that I would highly recommend to anyone trying to get into the DIY field.

Quiet, and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product, this ScanNcut cutting machine from Brother is super impressive. Right out of the box it's easy to set up and use, you can even watch videos on YouTube if need be to get you started. It has it's own little storage in the front for the blade and accessories. It has an onscreen editing feature, touchscreen of course, you can use your finger or provided stylus on it. It has a standard tack cutting mat so you won't have to purchase one separately. I personally love the scanning feature, I can easily scan, wirelessly my own drawings and designs to make stickers, and shirts, and other easy to make gifts for friends and family.
You can use the free web CanvasWorkspace app for editing and designing. The auto blade detects the thickness of the material you are using so no need to adjust it manually. I like that to get you started it comes with instructions that are easy to follow, to make a little storage box, great for party favors. I've already made it, and we've made stickers, we are going to be getting more vinyl to make our own personalized tumblers next.

I like how easy it is once I got it figured out..so much fun and neat!! I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I figured out to activate and connect everything, it did exactly what I wanted it for. Cuts any design that I want. I found many images online and just sent them to the cutter and voila, perfect stencil every time! The machine will cut out great, when you get it to scan the area you want to cut. It works best on very simple high contrast items.

I can cut vinyl, felt, foam board, so many different things and can create so many fun projects. It’s easy to use and I love that you can scan different designs and it’ll cut it out for you. Currently working on making my daughter a felt bear. This machine made it so easy since it cut our the felt for me. I love that it comes with over 250 designs, so many fun projects to make. The possibilities are endless!
