Best Pan Ever

I was a bit skeptical when placing in the oven but it worked perfectly. It cleans up nicely, too. It is a beautiful piece and is great to display. It seems to be the only pan you will ever need. I've pan fried, seared, baked, and just cooked everything I fixed in it the past 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and buy one. I am now on the lookout for the rest of the set.

Perfect Size!

Love this pan. It's the PERFECT size to cook a small/medium sized meal and having a lid makes food cook faster. It's ABSOLUTELY nonstick, I forgot about my chicken and I was worried I ruined the pan but it wiped clean without effort. Very impressed

Rachel Ray create delicious hard anodized non stick deep skillet is awesome. The color is fabulous. I got the teal color my favorite. This skillet heats so evenly. No over heating one side. Browns food nicely. #rachelray #viewpoint

Cant rave enough about this skillet! It's the perfect size for our family of 3, and the perfect depth to cook almost anything! No problems cooking OR CLEANING this pan! Looking forward to buying another piece from this line!

I have always wanted to try this pan and I'm so glad I did. I will be buying more in the near future and recommending these to all of my friends. It is so easy to clean and cook in. I had no problem with anything sticking to the pan this is by far one of my all-time favorites

Do Yourself A Favor

I love cooking. I've used a variety of skillets from various companies. This one is really a deep skillet. It has a good weight on it and I haven't had anything to stick to it. I've used it in the oven as well and there was no damage. The handle in the front makes it easier when it's hot from the oven. The Rachael Ray company has a winner with this one! If you're looking for a quality skillet, this is it.

First to begin with what I liked about this skillet. I love the silicone handle because it gives the comfort and added safety of being able to grab the handle without a pot holder because it doesnt get hot. I like the handle on the lid as well for the same reason. It is convenient and it adds a cute pop of color to your kitchen. Now for what I didnt love about this skillet. I wouldnt necessarily call this skillet ""deep"", it did contain all the food I was cooking, but it isnt a high capacity skillet to begin with. Id say there is enough room to cook two regular sized chicken breasts at the same time. Not only did I try cooking chicken breasts in this skillet, but I also did over easy eggs. They unfortunately stuck to the pan and busted open which made me end up with broken over easy eggs kind of defeating the whole purpose of an over easy egg. I was disappointed to say the least. I also had used cooking spray just to be safe, but that wasnt enough. Im not overly impressed by this skillet for the price and would not recommend for long term use. If you are young and looking for an affordable skillet for your first place, this is for you. If youve been cooking for a while and take pride in the food you prepare look elsewhere. Ill be using this as a backup.
