Deep, easy to clean, love the lid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family really enjoys cooking and we often get together on weekends and make a fun family meal. This past weekend was no exception and as we all gathered to cook, I decided to try out my new Burgundy Shimmer Meyer Cookware. I found it pretty easy to brown some pretty thick chicken breasts in the 9.5" Covered Deep Skillet without oil splattering everywhere and I was even able to make a spicy brown gravy in the same skillet without worrying about overcooking it or having burnt food sticking to the surface. I did not even need to use a non-stick spray or tons of oil to keep my food from sticking and with the glass top, I always knew how my food was progressing. The ease of clean up was amazing and searing meats had never been so simple. Nothing sticks at all! I can't wait to try this for the entire month and see how well it works out for my family.

Perfect size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a perfect size for just about anything you are making. Love the color of it too! It has nice depth to it so even if I loaded it up, when I stirred the food, it stayed in the pan instead of spilling out. The rubbered handle makes it easy to hold onto while stirring my food. The lid also has rubber so it's not hot when I need to lift the lid after my meal has been cooking for a few hours. The handle is riveted and not a screw so I won't have any issues with it loosening up on me. The non stick is just that.....non stick. I have not had any issues with anything stick to it as of yet and the coating makes everything come out of it easily. It is oven safe although I have not used it in the oven yet. I definitely like this skillet and would be interested in purchasing more Rachael Ray pots and pans for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sturdy! It has held up well, though havent had for too long & have only washed by hand. It is good quality & seems to be probably one of the better that I've ever owned thus far. Nonstick surface has surpassed what my others have.

What girl girl doesn’t like sparkles . It says in play on the burner . Lid fits perfect . Non stick . Easy to clean . My far the best pan I’ve found .

Compared to other brands I have used in the past. Rachel Ray by far beats them all. Even heated throughout cooking process. Clean up was such a breeze to. I am definitely going to be buying the rest of the set.

Eggs Don't Stick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I love to cook. We cook everything from Beef Wellingtons to Grilled Cheese. One of our favorite things to cook is eggs. My husband likes Over-Medium eggs, and it is hard because of how delicate they are. The pan needs to not stick so the eggs can slide easily. This is the first test we always perform in a new skillet, because this really can show the quality on not just whether it sticks but also whether it heats evenly all over. This skillet past this test with flying colors. The eggs easily slid and released from the bottom and the cook on the eggs was perfection. The whites where exactly the same cook throughout all 3 eggs.
*Make sure to use plastic or silicone utensils as to not scratch the coating.*
