pile of crap, don't waste your money or food

I waited a year to review this product. It does not heat evenly, hotter in the front, always flaming up, cold in the back. If you fill the whole grill with meat, you will be struggling.
Frame has wheels but is not built well enough to be moved. I've moved it 3 times in a year and now it doesn't stand straight and I'm afraid to move it. Frame is cheap and crap.
The side burn is recessed and not big enough for most pots and pans, cannot use the side burner.
After 1 year, I'm yet again looking for a new grill. I'll never buy a Char Broil again. Don't waste your time, money or food

I bought this grill years ago and love it. The only reason I'm replacing it is I've burned a hole through the bottom from all the usage this thing gets. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. Mine has been solid, still rolls well, and cooks the best steaks I've ever grilled. The only issues I have with it have been caused by my overusing it, not any kind of construction issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just bought it on sale for a great price! Took awhile to put together by myself, 62 year old woman, but it’s packaged great with awesome instructions and very sturdy! I love all the features and can’t believe the negative reviews. Maybe they never read the instructions on troubleshooting etc. Or maybe didn’t put it together properly. Lol whatever! I love it and it’s very well built!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great grill

The grill is four years old and I have replaced the guts last summer. The grill is still sturdy despite the fact it sets outside uncovered. I will finally replace it soon as it is starting to get a hole in the bottom. The best grill I have ever owned and will by from Char-Broil again. I cook on the grill every weekend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks nice, but cheap.

I bought this to replace a CharBroil I bought in 2016. I did replace many parts but with a hole on the bottom it was ti e for a new one. Assembly was pretty easy. Only one screw left over. Lights on knobs for show. They do nothing but make it look fancy.
I was very disappointed in the quality of the materials. Very flimsy. I was surprised to see how thin the cover was. It actually wobbles/bends when you open it. Also had a dent in it, despite being packed well.
It does look nice, but very cheap. I’d return it but I needed it that night and did cook on it.
CharBroil, you are getting cheap. I now own a disposable grill.

Horrible grill

Worse grill we have ever owned. All the grease and food crumbs collect in between the grates so the flames can't give an even steady heat. We had planned on using it often, but I have to remove the grates often and clean all the plugged holes. Gas grills are suppose to make it easier not harder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

burner hoods

I bought one 7 years ago and immediately took the hoods off inserted another grate and lava rock worked great but the bottom is rusted out need a new one

Title says everything, served great for ~6 years until it seared my thumbprint off and melted!
