I got this canteen for my boyfriend and he loves it! He loves how cold it keeps his beverages. He likes the navy blue color since he served in the US Navy.

Excellent bottle

Keeps the beverage near the same consistent temperature that you started with for at least 12 hours. Easy to clean (I only hand-wash), nice that they thought of a finger carrying ring, well-made construction, nice seal that I never have to worry about leaking. Awesome travel bottle and I recommend this brand to everyone I know!

Moldy mess

I've only had this water bottle for 2 months and it is ridden with mold. I've washed it a couple times a week to make sure the mold wouldn't appear, but it is always there. The lid design isn't easy to clean and makes it hard to get mold out once it appears. Disappointed with the bottle and going to go back to another brand.

Best Water Bottle Ever!

A year ago I purchased the 32oz. bottle to use during the hot summer months at the gym. This year I started using it on road trips for work and noticed that the ice cubes I placed inside in the early morning were still rattling late into the evening. This bottle keeps ice and water cold all day long!!! I purchased the 24oz. this year because it will fit into my car cup holder. These bottles are now my favorite brand and I love the leak-proof lid and the fact that the bottle doesn't sweat.

I needed the biggest size that would fit in cup holders and it fits in most, as long as the height isn't limited. Love the color and keeps my water cold. My sister immediately bought one after she saw it in person

What a great violet 18 oz bottle!

The following is a copy I sent to customer service:
I have been purchasing stainless steel water bottles of late.  Takeya is tied with with the Camelbak and Microlite versions.  I like the simple, practical design.  I prefer the narrow drinking spout, it being leak proof, the textured side of the cap for better grip, and the handle to carry it with.  I imagine that the bumper helps with preventing damage to the bottle and things it rests on.  Often the bumper stays in the hip carry case I have.  The paint is slightly wearing off on the ridge of the bottle just below the where the cap goes.  It looks used. That's okay.  I do not want anything too perfect.

Deceiving color...

Online the Takeya looked gray but when we received it, the color is bright white. Arctic = white. Still love it though!
