Ice Doesn’t Last

I was excited to get this new bottle, but wish the ice lasted longer. It was melted in about 4 hours. I loved my hydroflask but thought this would be a better alternative. I do like the boot on the bottom and the mouth piece much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I needed something high quality to stand up to my toddlers. They have cracked, bent, and who knows what else all of my other bottles causing them to leak at best and fully break at worst. Although they’ve caused a few paint dings on this one, it is in great shape. It is just the tough type I was looking for! And keeping my water cold on 4 hour walks is pretty fantastic too!!

Best Bottle I've Ever Used

I've used many travel bottles and Takeya is by far the best. They put so much thought into the design, from the removable rubber bumpers to putting the thread rings INSIDE the spout. I can easily fill with ice because of the nice wide opening, the carrying ring doesn't flop around, the lid doesn't bonk you in the nose as you're drinking and everything closes nice and tight/leak-proof without having to wrench it down. I have RA and I can easily close/open both the lid and the spout with no trouble and no leaking.
These bottles keep everything hot or cold for such a long time. They've replaced all my other travelers and I couldn't be happier.

I purchased the 24oz bumper as a replacement for my bottle. The previous bumper had stretched out and wouldn’t stay on. This one fits so well! I love these bottles - other brands end up leaking eventually but this one is durable and never leaks!
