I have young kids age 5 and 6 and water bottles are an important part of our lives. I’ve gone through many different ones and this one is my favorite. It’s steel so doesn’t break, its hard steel so won’t dent like those swell bottles, the spout Lid is so easy to clean. I hate straw bottles for kids. They always mold. Always. It has an easy to hold handle, the ice stays cold in it for hours and it comes in many diff colors. And even the larger oz sizes will still fit in a cup holder. It never leaks and I’m a fan and will continue to purchase from this brand.

This is a great water bottle. It is very durable and keeps ice just as long as a hydro flask. Everything stays cold (or hot, I’m sure) for the entire day, and into the night. I’m am glad I tried this water bottle, and will probably buy more.

Perfect size for an 8yr old

I got this size because the one my 8yr old was using at home was a little too big for her. This is the perfect size for her and the straw feature is the perfect addition. I absolutely am hooked on Takeya products.

Handwash only!

Love the size, look and quality of this bottle. However, having to handwash this big thing is a huge pain. Trying to get the lid and mouthpiece clean is even trickier. Reusable bottles should be washed daily and completely dried to avoid bacteria, so the fact that this can't go 8n a dishwasher is a huge negative
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
