It’s spout lid, like the one on protein shaker but the bottle is double wall vacuum insulated metal ( less plastic waste) and come in cute pink color. Small sipper like me appreciate this spout lid. Silicone bottom sleeve is great addition to protect longer life of clean powder coated paint surface. Easy carry handle can flip to top for pick up, flip down to store neatly or add extra grip for handling.
My oldest bottle I have is thermos flip top insulated metal bottle for sipping hot drinks, prox 16oz. I have it for 15ish years and start to look a lil beat up and wanted to try bigger size. 24oz is perfect size for me. I would like to have option of adding same color active straw lid and coffee/tea sipping top for diverse use of this bottle.
As a small person like me can not hold the body part of 32oz bottle to sip on one hand, so the grippy silicone on the smaller side of lid kinda helps me but eventually I need to hold middle of the bottle with both hands when it’s full and heavy.
I would use this size to any activity I don’t get access to water often, like hiking and beaching.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with this water bottle. I was researching all types of water bottles to make sure I was getting the best kind for my needs and had decided on Klean Kanteen, when I came across Takeya. I love the fact that it’s insulated, stainless steel, and has a wide mouth for easy filling, but what set it apart from KK was the awesome lid with carry handle. And it’s great to drink from without too much coming at me too fast. The silicone holder on the bottom was an extra bonus. It really keeps drinks cold for hours like it says! At 18 oz., it’s not too bulky or heavy to carry lots of places and it fits in my Honda cup holder. It’s perfect and I love it!

This is my second Takeya water bottle (lost mine when we crashed floating the Salmon River). Easy opening spout with one hand, sturdy clip, wide mouth main lid for ice, never leaks, good powder coating, keeps drinks hot or cold. High quality inside and out, for a fair price. Our familyown multiple takeya thermos. Different sizes. The 18oz (kids) and 24oz fit in my car holder. But my favorite is the 32. It doesn’t fit in my car drink holder, but it fits the right amount of water. I also have 40oz, but it is heavy when full—but not for my husband. I can put ice water in at night and still have ice cold water in the am. I can even leave it in the hot car and it still has ice water a few hours later. It will even keep my tea really hot. If the ice blocks the spout, turn it so the lid is below your chin.
