I have several different sizes and colors of takeya bottles and have been buying for gifts to family and friends. Used when it was unbearably hot out and my drinks stayed ice cold. All the ice didn't melt, either. Very good product.

I bought one a few years ago. I have used it all day every day and it has stood up well. Keeps my drinks cold for long periods of time. Very happy with it. I drink a lot of ice tea - and after a few years, the washer in the top has gotten pretty grungy and I can't really get it totally clean any more. So I decided it was time for a new one. This time I got the "action" one that has a rubber attachment on the bottom (A good idea - the only place I got dents in my last one was on the bottom from dropping it...). However, the rubber thingy makes it too big for the drink holder in my car and it comes off. And then my dog pulled it off one day while I was walking and now it's ripped. So not sure the design for the rubber thing is perfect yet... However it was a good idea...
Anyway - I have tried many different brands, and this is bar-none, the best in my humble opinion.

This is the best water bottle I’ve ever had! The 24 oz is the perfect size and the bottle is very well made. I love the lid design. I had this bottle for about 6 months and then a mean lady threw it away, and I immediately bought a replacement because I knew that another bottle would not do justice to this one. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for the perfect everyday bottle.

Keeps cold drinks cold enough

Bought this bottle a year ago and within 4-5 months of using it, the lid leaks. No matter how tightly it is cinched to the mouth of the bottle, if turned on it's side and the bottle is full, it will begin to drip. Do I need to use plumber's tape around the mouth of the bottle to stop this? For the price, this is unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second Takeya water bottle. We have a lot of water bottles on our house- lots of different sizes and materials. This one is my favorite! The color is so striking in coral, very saturated. The 24 oz is light enough to carry, but holds enough water to last all day. The only downside is that it doesn't fit my car's standard cupholder.
