24 oz Actives Bottle

This bottle spends it's life rolling around in the bottom of my kayak. So far, it has performed flawlessly with no leaks and consistent beverage temperature throughout the day. I did however bond the bottom bumper with a dab of RTV sealant.

I was worried that this bottle would taste like metal once I bought this, but I'm glad to be proven wrong ! This bottle keeps my water cold for hours and hours, and I'm thankful for the big size. Would recommend.

I love my insulated water bottled. I one of those people who do not like hot drinks, so this water bottle is perfect for me. It keeps my water ice cold for as long as I am out and about. I have given it to several family members and friends. Just want to say thank you Tekeya great idea.

My favorite water bottles!

I have 4 of the Takeya Actives water bottles in different sizes. I use the 24 oz. when I'm going to be in my car because it fits in the cup holders. I use the bigger sizes when I'm at work or doing things outside for the day. I fill them with refrigerated filtered tap water (no ice added) and these bottles keep it cold all day. Love them!

Takeya 24oz Active Better than Hydro Flask

I love this water bottle. It's the perfect size. Ok so it doesn't fit perfectly in my cup holder, but if you take the rubber bottom off it does. Not a huge deal. The lid is fantastic. Think of all the best parts from different lids, and this lid combines most of those features. They also have straw lids available. I wish the lid was attached to the bottle when you unscrew the larger part, but again, minor complaint. The lid also has removable rubber seals for easy cleaning although I had to use a chopstick to remove the smaller one (lol). So based on design alone, this bottle far outclasses the more expensive hydro flask. In terms of keeping things cold, I had ice water kept outside on a 90 degree day and that bad boy was still ice cold after about 5 hours. I know it keeps stuff colder for longer than that, but that's just one example. I haven't tried hot drinks yet. I'm picky about water bottles and I love this thing. If it's between this or a hydro flask, hydro flask can go take a cold shower...from the water in my Takeya.

Our granddaughter, who is six years old wanted a water bottle just like ours, which are the Takeyas. She LOVES it!!!! So easy to carry and keeps the liquid cold.
