I had a water bottle with a narrow lid and was always fighting to get ice in it. Then I got this I can take off the top and get the ice in and still drink out of a small opening. It keeps things cold the whole day and handles being dropped very well. Love it

Good for cold but not good enough for hot beverage

I bought both 18oz & 24oz active bottles as gift and for own usage. I used one of the 24oz bottle to store hot coffee and I got a bit disappointed because the coffee was not that hot after 3 hours. However, this bottle holds drink cold for much longer if you add ices (6 hours) in the beginning.
