Doesn't make a squeaky sound when opening it. I used to have a thermal flask that would squeak every time i opened it in class, it was annoying. I'm glad i i switched to this takeya.

I bought this a month ago because I heard great reviews, well I'm disappointed. Ice hardly even last a whole day, my cheaper Starbucks bottle is better, the ice last 2 whole days and my other cheap bottle by Fity Fity water last almost 48hrs also. I had high Hope's. It's worth it if you dont care about cold water. But I do since I'm a dialysis patient and need more ice than water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the lid, but bacteria problems

I bought it about a month ago, and absolutely love the lid, I like the spout top a lot, it’s something hydro flasks don’t have. However, I have had a real problem with bacterial growth. The lid will smell cheesy, and the bottle will smell like apple juice left in the sun for a bit, and I have never put anything but water in it. I don’t wash my other water bottles often, and have never had a problem, but I have to wash this one almost every night to combat the smell. I don’t think I would recommend because of that, and I’m going to get a hydroflask instead.

I bought this bottle for my husband and love how it keeps water cold and coffee hot. My only criticism is it is so hard to hold in one hand. It won’t fit in car cup holder, the design in my opinion is to make them taller and thinner.
I would not recommend this size but I would recommend the 24oz.

This is seriously the best water bottle I’ve ever owned. I have two 32 oz on Pebble and Blush that I use for my 2 hour gym sessions. I also have a 24 oz in Blush with straw that I use for home. These keep my water super cold throughout my entire workout. At first I was alarmed by the size, but then i remembered its double insulated (duh) and got used to it. Love that they come with rubber bottoms to protect the bottle and to keep it from sliding around. I also love the lid and design of the bottle. The colors are beautiful also!
