Just added 2 new bottles to my collection. I've had my first bottle for a good 4 years now and still absolutely love it! Just needed to replace the cap and it feels good as new again! Now I have a bottle for every size: small enough to fit in a purse, my regular go-to 24oz and now a 32oz for longer trips.

Itself works fine- the ice does melt overtime inside of the bottle (maybe over the course of 4ish hours) but does keep water cool for long periods of time.
