It doesn’t last 10 min without shutting off. I’m assuming the system is struggling to keep the cpu cool and it’s been poorly designed.

I love this laptop. There’s three things that keep me from giving it 5 stars. The first is it doesn’t have Thunderbolt 3. The second is it doesn’t have a mini DP port so I have to use the USB-C port for my external gsync monitor, which then occupies that port and if I use a hub, I lose my refresh rate and gsync. The third is no Kensington lock compatibility. Other than that, it’s a solid laptop that I enjoy using.

What most caught my eye about this laptop was the design. There are very few laptops on the market which pay particular attention to the design.
I love that the keyboard is extremely responsive and comfortable to use. And the gaming and multi-tasking performance is absolutely phenomenal! It's truly a dream come true!

The laptop is responsive and fast. It works well, and that is the reason I chose ASUS. I would like to see some of the software (like Aura) not come pre-installed, but as a link to download if it is desired. Most people like a minimalist install of the OS, and little if no bloatware. But the product works well, and easily replaces my older desktop. The hinge for the screen is one of the best on the market, very durable. I would definitely recommend this computer for anyone that wants to do some work and play some games, or even for very serious gamers. I added a Logitech G604 mouse using Bluetooth to complete my own setup, and it works perfectly with the laptop. I have not connected it yet to a docking station or external displays.

Nice machine, but it gets very hot and requires extra fans beneath it. Also blows hot air out at the sides which is very uncomfortable.
