We bought the Sure Crisp unit when our kitchen was being renovated. It was perfect for our makeshift kitchen and offered many options with baking, toasting and air frying.
Great product and so happy we found it. Made a stressful time less stressful.

It came missing baking pan so I haven't been able to use it yet. I hope they will send me a replacement.

31403 Toaster Oven

User guide not clear enough, especially when figuring out how to toast. Rack is still too high so toast gets over done on top and under done on bottom. I know this is a common problem with these larger ovens versus older regular toaster oven by Black and Decker .
