[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we love our 12 Court Hamilton beach deep fryer .It’s the perfect size.It heats up pretty fast and deep fries our food quick ..It’s very durable We love the design .We will be recommending it to all our friends and family.It’s big enough to fry a lot of food at once .Makes our fries crispy on outside soft on inside

Got the job done for our family

It had good instructions and easy to setup and use. It did take a long time to heat up. It is easy to break down and clean; the basket and handle is sturdy.
I like how easy it is assemble, disassemble, and clean.

Deep fries to perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This deep fryer looks small and takes up very little space but it can hold a lot of food. It does take quite a while to heat up but considering the amount of oil it can hold that makes sense. It has a light to let you know when it's ready and up to temperature. It cooks quickly and everything comes out crispy and delicious. I have made homemade fried chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, hushpuppies and fries. I love the lid. Every other deep fryer I have owned did not have a lid so grease would splash all over. The lid for this one prevents that making it much cleaner to cook with. Everything comes apart very easily to clean. I am so pleased with this deep fryer.

Easy to use home fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach 12 Cup Deep Fryer makes frying at home easy to do. As this is a uni-tasker, I would only recommend it for someone who is planning on doing a lot of at-home frying -- it has a good capacity and is easy to use and to take apart afterwards to clean.
The cons are a short cord (you either need an extension or you're limited to the space you are frying in) and the minimum amount of oil needed is about a quart -- which is a lot. If you break out the fryer it's best if you're trying a lot of stuff and not just a small batch.
In terms of clean up, it's easy to take apart, but you are cleaning parts that have been sitting in oil, so that's a bit of a pain. The basket can be placed in the dishwasher, but the heating element needs to be cleaned by hand.
Overall, it's easy to use and nice if you plan to do a lot of frying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Hamilton Beach 12 Cup Deep Fryer is the perfect size for frying.
The fryer heats up quickly and is easily stored. The basket holds plenty of things to fry at once.
The slimness of the fryer makes it easier to store anywhere if you have a small home. The handles on the side keep you from being burned. Easy to clean and drain because of the pot being easily removed.
Needless to say, I've had a blast having a seafood fry weekend with friends and making many donuts for dessert. I have fried everything and haven't had any problems at all. I'm quite pleased with this 12-cup deep fryer. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The deep fryer comes apart for easy cleaning. There is a dial so you can set desired temperature. When the oil is hot enough it has a light to let you know it is ready. I like that it’s easy to clean and it has a nice sized basket, but I do wish the metal was a bit thicker. The plug is magnetic, there is a light that lets you know it’s plugged in correctly, but be careful because if you bump it, it comes unplugged easily.
